Delivery Information

We understand that your garment must be delivered in perfect condition, which is why we take so much care and attention when dispatching your package. We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly within 2-5 working days, subject to stock availability.  

FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £30.00 

Standard Delivery Charges -

£3.95 for each address on orders under £30.00.

Express Delivery* / Next Day - Can currently only be arranged by telephone on 01252 322020 - Please contact us before 1pm, Monday - Thursday and we will dispatch your order for delivery next day. This service is subject to stock availability, prices from £7.95 for each address, location dependent.

*Mainland UK only, additional charges will be applied for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Isles

Delivery can take 2-4 weeks due to manufacturing times if the garment has been made to order or is a special size / colour request.

FREE School Uniform Click and Collect from School-

School Uniform Orders* placed over the telephone in some circumstances may be collected from the School. This is a convenient free of charge service and most orders will be available for collection between 3-7 days from placing the order. If you need something quicker simply call us on 01252 322020 and we will do our best to have the garment available for you in 1-2 days. We will be extending this service to our all web site customers in the future.

Overseas Orders

We currently cannot accept online payment from credit cards registered outside of the UK. If you would like to place an order please call customer services on +44 1252 322020 so that we can help you further to process your order. Goods sent overseas will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For or an International Courier. All international deliveries are charged according to weight and destination.

Failed Deliveries

If for some reason your goods fail to arrive please call customer services on 01252 322020. Failure of an item to arrive after dispatch as a result of Royal Mail will be claimed for after the standard 15 working day period set out in their terms and conditions. Goods sent by courier will require a signature. The courier company will card a property twice to advise of attempted deliveries. Following this, items will be returned to the local delivery depot and held for 5 days. If uncollected or undelivered, they will be returned to us and a charge of £4.95 for re-delivery will be required to re-send.

If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress, just use Log In to your account and click on Order History.

Returns Information

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us unworn within 14 days. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unworn and with their original packaging and labeling together with their Edgar Jerome invoice and packaging. Failure to do so may result in the items being returned to you the customer and the grounds for refunding the items deemed void.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged with incorrect washing or by failing to follow our care instructions.

When returning items we strongly advise you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or you have received an incorrect product.

If you would prefer to have the goods collected  from you this can be arranged, however, the cost will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due. To arrange this, it would be helpful if you could call  01252 322020. You will then be required to pack the items in the original packaging, enclosing the invoice and/or proof of purchase and address the parcel clearly to us. This will then be collected as arranged.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not as ordered or are damaged we will endeavour to replace the said goods, or refund you the amount paid for the goods providing we are notified of the problem by email or telephone within 3 working days of delivery of the goods. We may ask for the goods to be returned and if postage costs are incurred we will refund the postage.This does not affect your statutory rights
