Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us unworn within 14 days. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unworn and with their original packaging and labeling together with their Edgar Jerome invoice and packaging. Failure to do so may result in the items being returned to you the customer and the grounds for refunding the items deemed void.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged with incorrect washing or by failing to follow our care instructions.

When returning items we strongly advise you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or you have received an incorrect product.

If you would prefer to have the goods collected  from you this can be arranged, however, the cost will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due. To arrange this, it would be helpful if you could call  01252 322020. You will then be required to pack the items in the original packaging, enclosing the invoice and/or proof of purchase and address the parcel clearly to us. This will then be collected as arranged.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not as ordered or are damaged we will endeavour to replace the said goods, or refund you the amount paid for the goods providing we are notified of the problem by email or telephone within 3 working days of delivery of the goods. We may ask for the goods to be returned and if postage costs are incurred we will refund the postage.This does not affect your statutory rights
